FSSC 22000 Version 5.1

In March 2022, Expressions Aromatiques renewed its FSSC 22000 certification and upgraded to the Scheme Version 5.1, which includes the ISO22002-6 standard pertaining to animal feed and pet food production.

The FSSC 22000, fully recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), offers a complete certification scheme for the auditing and certification of Food Safety Management Systems.

The main changes between FSSC 22000 Version 5 and Version 5.1 concern the implementation of an appropriate Food Safety Culture within the company. (European regulation UE n°2021/382)
